- Full service: 25% of ad spend, minimum ad budget £2,000 a month. Ads, creatives, reporting and scaling handled, with Meta and Google Ads, CRM and follow-up.
- Leads are exclusive to each client and never shared or resold. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta or Google.
- Ad spend is always paid by the client directly to Meta or Google.

## Qualified lead (definition)
A qualified lead answers the call, discusses their requirement, and has a budget that meets the client's stated minimum (for example, if a client only takes £5,000+ projects, we target and qualify for that).

## Guarantee
We guarantee 50+ qualified leads every month. If we deliver fewer in any month, we work for free for the next 30 days. Within your first two months you will also have booked appointments and jobs won from those leads. If not, we work free for a further 30 days.
