What happens on the call

  • You screen-share the ad account, or send access beforehand
  • I check tracking first — it is wrong more often than not
  • We look at creative, audience structure and the offer
  • I name the single biggest constraint and what fixing it is worth
  • You get that in writing afterwards, regardless of what you decide

What I will ask you

  • What you sell and your average ticket size
  • Current monthly ad spend and current cost per lead or ROAS
  • What happens to a lead after it arrives
  • What "working" would look like in 60 days

Pricing is agreed on the call, as a fixed monthly figure for your scope. If your budget or stage is not a fit, I will say so on the call rather than waste your time.
