1. Who we are

Max Quality Leads ("we", "us") is a lead generation and performance marketing agency operated by Utsav Daga from Surat, India, serving clients in the United Kingdom, United States, UAE, Canada, Europe and India. 2. What information we collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need to work: your name, business name, email address and phone number when you book a call through Cal.com or message us on WhatsApp; details about your business and advertising accounts that you share during an engagement; and website analytics through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (pages visited, clicks, device type, approximate location — used in aggregate to improve the site). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare and run your campaigns, invoice you, and send you reporting about your own account. If you become a client, campaign data lives inside your own Meta and Google accounts — which you own — and our access can be revoked by you at any time.

4. Third-party services

We use Cal.com for scheduling (meetings held on Google Meet), WhatsApp for messaging, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics, Meta and Google platforms for advertising delivery, and GoHighLevel for CRM automation where a client engages us for it. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Advertising campaigns we run comply with the applicable rules of the market they serve, including UK GDPR, CCPA and CASL requirements around consent and follow-up messaging.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@maxqualityleads.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Payment terms

Our fee is a fixed monthly amount agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is 100% in advance for each month of service. For your first month only, we can split it: 50% in advance to begin work, and the remaining 50% within 15 days of the start date. Work pauses if a due payment is not received.

Your advertising budget is always separate from our fee. It is paid by you directly to Meta and Google from your own payment method — we never hold your media budget, never mark it up, and never take a percentage of your ad spend.

We invoice internationally in GBP, USD, AED or INR, payable by card or standard international bank transfer. Clients in the UK, US, UAE and Canada pay without any payment-system issues.

7. Our commitment

We are not here to waste your money or your time. We are here to build your brand, and we are completely focused on that — it is why we agree a specific result in writing before starting, why we help free of charge before and after engagements, and why our average client relationship runs three to four years.
