Payment terms
Our fees are invoiced by Max Quality Leads. Ad spend is never paid to us: you pay it directly to Meta or Google. Monthly fees are paid in advance; pay per lead is billed on the leads generated.

What are the fees?
Pay per lead: £5 per lead plus ad spend, no minimum fee. Lead Engine: minimum ad spend £700 to £1,000 a month. Monthly management: minimum fee £499 a month. Full service: 25% of ad spend with a minimum ad budget of £2,000 a month. Full details are on our pricing page.
How is ad spend paid?
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google from your own payment method. We never hold, resell or mark up your media budget.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly fees are invoiced and paid 100% in advance for each month of service. For your first month we can split the fee: 50% to start and 50% within 15 days. Pay per lead is invoiced on the leads generated in the billing period. Invoices are issued in GBP unless agreed otherwise and can be paid by card or bank transfer. Any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
What about refunds?
Fees already paid are not refunded. Where our guarantee applies, the remedy is free work for the following 30 days as set out in our guarantee terms. Ad spend is a matter between you and the platform.
