What do we provide?
We plan, build and run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and, where agreed, Google Ads campaigns to generate enquiries for your business. Leads from campaigns we run for you are exclusive to you and not resold. The services in your package are listed in the written agreement or proposal we send before starting.
What are your responsibilities?
You give us access to the ad accounts, pages and tools we need, provide accurate information about your business and offers, pay ad spend directly to the platforms, and follow up leads promptly. You are responsible for the claims your business makes and for meeting the rules that apply to your trade.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your ad accounts, pages, Pixel and lead data belong to you. Creative we produce for your campaigns can be used by you for your business. We may show anonymised results, with client names, logos and phone numbers removed, unless you ask us not to.
How do fees, cancellation and refunds work?
Fees are set out on our pricing page and in your agreement, and are paid under our payment terms. Either side can stop at the end of a paid month with written notice. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where our guarantee terms say we work free for the following period.
What are the limits of our liability?
We cannot promise a specific number of sales, revenue or return, because those also depend on your offer, pricing and follow-up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless your written agreement says otherwise.
